Speech
Deliver a speech on a predetermined topic. Submit a video no more than three (3) minutes long.
Tech Boot and Interview
For the Bootblack title, you will be provided with a pair of boots. You will only need to repair one (1) of the boots. We will use the other one (1) as a comparison. You will be given 45 minutes to repair the boot. Afterwards, you will have an interview with the Judges on the process and for them to ask you questions about your work. This will all be conducted via Zoom.

DownloadRalph Bruneau is International Mr. Leather 2017. Dr. Bruneau has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and is a LMFT in Los Angeles working both within and outside the kink and fetish communities. As IML, he traveled over 118,000 miles as an ambassador to the leather community around the world, participating in 43 weekends of events out of 52 in his title year. He has served on the Boards of the Los Angeles Gender Center, CLAW, and was President of Avatar LA for 3 years. He has presented/taught at CLAW, IML, IMsL, ONYX Blackout, among others.
He has written for, or been profiled in, Alphatribe, The Leather Journal, GayStarNews, Bound and Black, Box, Time Out, Advocate, Huffington Post, and most recently was one of 6 chosen for an eight-page feature in Playboy magazine (in collaboration with the Trevor Project) because of his work with #BornPerfect and activism in fighting Conversion Therapy.
Ralph has been photographed by some of the most celebrated photographers of our time and has a website archiving his work in front of the camera, www.RalphBruneau.com. He was recently the subject of “Model Daddy” by MASCULAR Films and his IML step-aside video was awarded the 2019 Best Musical Short by CineKink and is toured in festivals nationwide.
J Baby is International Leatherboy 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024 & South Central Leatherboy 2019. He was always curious about the forbidden, and that search for the peculiar and the internet led him to the magical world of the kinky. In 2007 he explored and took his first baby steps into a different scene and began his journey as a Leatherboy. Despite protests, he refused to "put away childish things" and is proud to be a Leather little boy. He enjoys serving in whatever way that is, as well as finding any excuse for cuddles. He has presented for events and organizations across the country. He has also served as a Judge, Judge's boy, and Emcee for a number of contests and events as well. Including being the Leather Ambassador for CAPCon. He is the historian of Oklahoma Leather Association and an Associate Member of the Lonestar Boys of Leather. When having to be out in the "vanilla" world, he spends most of his time working in the theatre, teaching, gaming, and watching far too much YouTube.
A native New Yorker, Daddy Rod is the co-founder of the ONYX Mid-Atlantic Chapter, where he served first as President, and later as Pledge Master. Rod has also moderated and presented for a variety of programs and events, including DC Leather Pride; Black Rose; BlackOut (ONYX’s annual run); the Master/slave Conference; Kink U; Detroit Leather Expo; Leather Leadership Conference, Cleveland Leather Awareness Weekend (CLAW); and Minnesota Leather Pride Weekend. Among his presentations, Rod created Beyond the Red Ribbon, the HIV/STI Prevention workshop developed specifically for the Leather and Kink lifestyle. Rod is known for his spanking classes; he also co-created the People of Color class track for CLAW with Tyesha Nicole Best.
Rod earned his first title as Leatherman of Color in 2011. He is also honored and humbled to have served the Leather community as the American Leatherman 2017. Rod is also an alumnus of the MTTA 2008 Masters’ Training. He has previously served as a judge for the 2012 Leatherman of Color contest, the 2013 Mr. Maryland Leather contest, the 2014 Twin Cities Leather contest, the 2014 Tri-State Leather contest, the 2018 Atlantic States Leather contest, the 2018 Minnesota Leather Pride contests; the 2018 ICON Leather contest, the 2019 Mr. Missouri Leather contest and the 2019 ILSb-ICBB contest.
Rod is proud of winning the Pantheon of Leather Northeast Regional Award for 2014, and the Pantheon Man of the Year Award in 2018. Rod’s kink fetishes include spanking, ass play, flogging and fisting.
Sir (Madame) Adeena served as a high protocol slave for about two decades before stepping into the Sir role. Service, leadership and education are the heart and passion of Madame Adeena. She was been the 2017 International Person of Leather, 2015-2016 Heartland Person of Leather , 2021 President of Titians of the Midwest, 2020 Vice President of the Midwest and currently is on the board for International Person of Leather and is the Head of House Phoenix Guard.
Master Liquid Rulz (She/They/Them) is a Black, Queer, Femme Presenting, Social Worker, Presenter, and Educator, who has been a fixture in the Leather/BDSM community for over 25yrs. Liquid is the Co-Founder and CPO of BLX Alternative an organization committed to reducing and eliminating the shame and stigma associated within the Black and Brown LGBTQIA+ Leather/Kink and BDSM community around alternative relationships
An accomplished competitor in her field, Master Liquid is no stranger to the stage. She has competed in and won Ms. Henrietta Hudson Fetish 2008 & 2009 and went on to become the only Woman & Black/POC to compete in the first Mr/Ms New York City Leather contest.
Covered by Mistress Max Rulz, Master Liquid has modeled and volunteered in the community at events such as TESFest, Leather Pride Night, GMSMA, She has presented for TES’ DW/sm group, was a panelist on “LSM Presents Woman’s Herstory”, and she is a former board member of Folsom Street East. Master Liquid also has raised money for various charities in and outside of NYC.
Master Liquid was the first person and first woman of color to grace the cover of TESFest’s Prometheus Magazine two years in a row. In 2020 Liquid was honored at Kink-Out’s MoMA PS1 event "SPACES.” She was the first sashed Northeast Leather Person 2020 & 2021. Master Liquid was also named one of GO Magazine’s 2021 “100 Women We Love.” Master Liquid is Vice President of the Seattle Pacific Northwest Onyx Pearls, a member of the Lesbian Sex Mafia (LSM), and She is the Vendor Coordinator for Tethered Together. Currently, Master Liquid holds the title of International Ms. Leather 2023, where she continues to use her platform to educate, empower, and amplify voices of marginalized communities.
Pup Kona served as IPTC International Puppy 2015 and NW Puppy 2015. He is the co-owner and co-founder of Scrap Yard Leather (making custom pet hoods, apparel, and products), a two-time Pantheon of Leather award recipient, and IPTC Co-Contest Producer and board member & former IPAHW co-founder & co-producer. He is also the co-founder of the BLFC Puppy Summit Group, the 1st ever pup and Handler contest in AU (Australian Pup and Handler Competition), and Paw and Pounce Weekend.
Pup Kona is a French Bulldog and leather pup currently residing in WA State. He’s been working with non-profit and charity organizations for over 17+ years. He is the founder of PAHs without Borders; an organization that focuses on promoting mentorship, support, and conversations between pups and Handlers all around the world, in an effort to give every pup/Handler a chance to grow, be heard, and be loved. Throughout his travels, he has reached out and visited various community groups all over the world, sharing his passion and teachings both inside of puppy play and beyond, to the greater fetish community at large. Pup Kona is the beloved Alpha of his pack, Dogwood pack, a member of SEA-PAH, and part of the furry fandom.
